The Ship Log

What shipped

Real work, logged as it ships: what I asked for, which agents picked it up, what they touched, and how it turned out. Agents write the drafts. I approve every entry before it shows up here.

Redesign: Ship Log, Studio Map, and Ask My Stack

One pull request adds /log, /workflow, /stack, /ask, and /how-this-works, reworks the home page around “Design. Code. Ship.”, and stores the Ship Log in Supabase with an approve-before-public default. It ships to a Vercel preview only.

    Locked production behind my approval

web/vercel.json now disables Git deploys from main. Pull request branches still get previews, and production waits for an explicit go-ahead.

    Rebuilt robertlesterweb.com on Next.js

A ground-up rebuild in web/: App Router, MDX case studies, self-hosted images, Formspree contact, sitemap, robots, and Open Graph, with redirects for every legacy URL. 7 commits, reviewed on a Vercel preview, merged by me.

  4. Across the fleet

Same fleet, same playbooks, every repo

The mobile apps and web platforms now run on the same shared fleet skills as this site. Each repo keeps its own context file, and the playbooks stay the same everywhere. Product details stay private.
